Isaac Porter is a Director at AQ Technology Partners where he focuses on M&A, growth capital raising, and strategic advisory for leading software and software-enabled businesses.
With over a decade of technology investment banking and M&A advisory experience, Isaac has successfully closed over 30 transactions totaling more than $5 billion with some of the world’s largest strategic buyers and leading technology focused private equity firms.
His most recent work includes completed transactions in areas such as digital content, digital marketing, workflow automation, office of the CFO, field service management, and vertical SaaS.
Prior to AQ, Isaac was a Director at Canaccord Genuity, a global, full-service investment bank focused on growth companies, where he advised software clients on M&A, capital raises, and equity capital market transactions.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
